The gift voucher can only be paid for by credit card or PayPal. Your voucher is valid for any number of smartphoto products, up to the total value of the purchased voucher. If you purchase a product for a higher amount than the value of your voucher, you only pay the difference. The voucher code can be redeemed immediately after purchase. Any remaining balance after purchase will be forfeited. Please contact customer service if you have not received an email containing your voucher code. When ordering with a voucher, only one voucher code can be applied per order. If you have purchased multiple vouchers, separate orders must be placed; only one order is possible per voucher code. The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

*How to use the voucher:

The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, promotional codes, or vouchers.
It is not possible to apply a voucher to multiple orders; the remaining balance will be lost (e.g. if you order for CHF 45.- and use a CHF 50.- voucher, CHF 5.- will be lost).
Vouchers cannot be applied to open or extended invoices (e.g. if the email containing the voucher code has not been received or opened).
A refund or transfer of the voucher's value is excluded.
Order amounts cannot be transferred to other participants or accounts and expired balances cannot be credited.
