Yes, your poster will already be in the frame upon delivery, ready to hang up!

I spotted a mistake in my photo collage, what now?

No worries! At smartphoto, we’ve got you covered with our Smart Warranty. If something's not quite right or you're not 100% happy with your order, simply send an email to our Customer Service team at [Pagelinkwithttag:ContactUx,customer service].
Make sure to include your order number and write “Smart Warranty” in the subject line, that way, we can help you as quickly as possible. Don’t forget to attach a few photos showing the issue, so we can see exactly what went wrong.
Once we’ve received everything, our team will guide you through the next steps to make it right. You’ll be well on your way to receiving a new, perfect collage in no time!

How do I know if my photo is of good enough quality?
