We have been active on the Swiss market for over 30 years (since 1995). Many loyal customers still remember us from our early days under the name ExtraFilm, before our rebranding to smartphoto in 2011.
How long does delivery take?
Many of our bestsellers are dispatched within 48 hours for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4 pm. For products with intricate finishes, such as our premium hardcover photo books, we take a little extra time to ensure our signature top-tier print quality. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the product and selected shipping option (standard or 48-hour delivery). Exact delivery times are always transparently displayed on each product page, and you can track your order status anytime in your customer account.
What happens if I make a mistake while designing?
Don't worry! Thanks to our unique smartguarantee, accidental mishaps like typos or blurry pictures, as well as transit damage, are fully covered. We will reprint your product completely free of charge. You can find all the details on our smartguarantee page.
